How It Works

1. Ask for an itinerary review
   Email your day-by-day plan to jenny [at] theluberonspy.com with the subject “Itinerary Review Request.” Briefly describe your trip plans and tell me what you’re most excited about and where you are stuck/worried. To give you useful feedback, I need at minimum:

• Dates
• Where you’re staying (village/town, hotel name)
• Planned activities or villages you’ll visit
• Restaurant names (if you have them)
• Approximate timing or order of activities

Accepted formats: Google Doc/Sheets, PDF, Word doc, or email. Just make sure each day is clear and I can follow your plan.

* If your plan is very rough (like “Day 1: drive around Luberon, lunch somewhere”), you won’t get much value from this service. In that case, custom trip planning would be a better fit for early-stage planning.

2. Wait for my response (within 48 hours, Mon-Fri)

I’ll review your submission to make sure it’s detailed enough for meaningful feedback. I might ask follow-up questions. Or, if it’s good to go, I’ll send you a simple service agreement and invoice.

3. Sign agreement & pay

Once I receive your signed agreement and full payment, I’ll start work.

4. Get your feedback (3-5 business days)

You’ll receive an email with a link to a Google Doc with my very detailed feedback on your plans. If you have follow-up questions, please send them within 7 business days of receiving your review.
